DRAWN APP RULES:

- NEVER trace / base your app. Referencing poses is ok.
- Heavy referencing on drawn pictures is called tracing :' D
- Referencing based on photos are OK ( aka poses ) as long as i can see
your art style in your drawing and its not a replica.
- Art must be yours and not commissioned 
- The student must be 100% Human. Animal Ears are not allowed.
- Animal Headbands are OK
- Skin Color should be human. Ears should be normal.
- Even though theyre Koreans, Skin color may go from light to Tan to Dark,
especially when some of them are mixed. They must have Korean Blood
- Yes, they can sport colored hair , Streaks and Ombre Gradients. : D
BUT please try to keep rainbows at bay please ^^ ; 
- Only Korean students are allowed. 
Foreign students who have Korean blood can be enrolled in the school.

- Please draw your character wearing either the varsity jacket ( can be held, tied around the waist or flung over the shoulder ) , Department uniform ( w/ Pants  or Skirt and Seungri Pin Badge ) or department collared shirt. They can wear sports attire as long as the varsity jacket is present. ^^
- Were not strict with eye colors. Characters sporting Colored ones are considered to be wearing contacts ^^
- Students are NOT allowed to have visible tattoos. Small hidden ones are ok. 
The College is strict about tattoos because they adhere to the Olympic rules.
- Piercings are ok as long as they're only in the ears and are studs only. Maximum of 2 per ear. ( School regulation ) If they do have more than 2 then it shouldn't be worn at school.
- Shoes can be of any design as long as it fits the sport and it makes sense.
- SPORTS ATTIRE can be of any design and color. No bizarre , lascivious and provocative sports attire please.
- Do not alter the colors of the uniforms and varsity jacket. Keep it red and yellow. ^^ ;
- You can add badges to the varsity jacket or tassels.
- The drawn character in the app should be in full body only. You can add additional drawings beside if you wish to decorate the app.
- DO NOT MODIFY THE SIZE OF THE APP . OCD Admin / Granma smh

WRITTEN INFO RULES:

- Please try to make your app grammatically correct or atleast close enough. We wont accept apps that are written in internet slang or jeje speak ;; It will be very hard to read. We will also help you in case you need revisions. 
- Always state how they enrolled in Seungri College on their History.
- Seungri students are either wealthy or scholars. They cant be both.
- Do not skip anything in the written portion. It will be rejected.
- If your character is transgendered. Please make them wear the outfit theyre comfortable in ^^
- No Mary Sues or their equivalent. They can be good at something but they should also have their weakness ^^
- Personalities of the characters should be balanced. Negatives + Positives. Try not to make your character a stereotype dere.
- Overly violent / sadistic characters are NOT allowed ^^ ; Please. no. 
- Rebellious Characters are 100% OK BUT please do not go overboard and wreck the campus. ;v; /
